Discovery Call
We are gonna jump on a call to understand your needs and if we are a good fit for each other. If everything goes well, I will write down a contract for you to review and sign.
Project Starts
At this point I’m going to do a comprehensive product audit to uncover potential areas for improvement and do a more in-depth meeting to identify and define all aspects of the project, such as goals, audience, competitors, design and requirements.
Follow Up
After designing a few versions of your home page, we'll schedule a call to ensure we're heading in the right direction and that you like where the design is going. Once I have your green light, I'll proceed with the rest of the site as well as sending the first invoice.
Design Review
Once the whole website is designed, I will send you the prototype to play with and have a first impression of how it runs. There will be space for feedback and changes before diving into the development.
Development
At this stage, the website is under construction in Webflow, and if needed, the migration process is underway, particularly if you have a substantial amount of articles to transfer. You can expect regular updates on the progress of your project.
Deployment
Before we hit the 'publish website' button, we'll conduct one last meticulous check to ensure everything is pixel-perfect. Once everything's in order, and the final invoice has been paid we're all set to go live!
Training
We'll arrange a meeting where I'll show you everything you need to know. Additionally, I like to make custom tutorials with your site for easy reference in case you ever need a quick reminder of how things work. You and your team will be the only one having access

The complexity of the design has a huge impact on the overall time frame of the project. There are also other things to keep in mind when estimating a timeline, such as the number of pages that we need to design and build, CMS creation, Interactions, Copywriting, Photography, Iconography, Illustrations, and more!
